Registration Guideline
To register in the conference please go through the following steps:

  1. Click on "Fees" and read about conference participation fee, workshop participation fee, food, accommodation, and bank account information.
  2. If you are an Iranian participant, please pay the registration fees and prepare a scanned version of the bank payment receipt. This file is required to be less than 500 KB in size. Non-Iranian participants will pay the registration fees cash upon arrival.
  3. If you intend to participate in a workshop please read about the workshops in advance.
  4. If you are a student, you must prepare a scanned version of your student card. This file is required to be less than 500 KB in size.
  5. If you intend to submit a paper, please read about Paper Submission rules. Prepare your paper and make its size less than 5 MB.
  6. Fill in the registration form. Since the information that you are submitting via the registration form are not editable later, please fill the form carefully. Insert a working e-mail address because your account will be activated via your e-mail.
  7. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an e-mail containing an activation code. By clicking the code your account in www.iijcn.ir will be activated. Sometimes the activation e-mail is considered as spam, so check the spam box of your e-mail account if you don't find the activation e-mail in your inbox.
  8. If you log in www.iijcn.ir you will find your profile information in a menu. You will receive some notifications about the acceptance in the conference, your paper(s), and some important news and announcements.
